Result of Greenvision 2008 All IndiaNature Photography Competition

Green Vision 2008 Results

Results of Fifth All India Nature Photographic Competition, Green Vision 2008, have been declared. Smt. Rupali Mondal, 24 Parghanas (N), West Bengal won first prize of Rs.5000. Shri Shridhar D. Shelke, Belgham, Karnataka won the Rs. 3000 second prize. Five consolation prizes of Rs.1000 each are won by (1) Shri. H. Sathish, Bangalaru (2) Shri. Ramzeen M.R., Kollam (3) Shri. Narayan D. Painting competition terms and conditions



The Kerala State Biodiversity Board (KSBB)
in association with the
GREENS
the Nature Club in Govt. Secretariat, Thiruvananthapuram
is organising a Nature Painting Competition in the
International Year of Planet Earth for the College Students.

Subject : “Biodiversity”
Paper size : A3
Eligibility : Any Graduate student

Ist Prize – Rs.5000 and Certificate
IInd Prize – Rs.3000 and Certificate
IIIrd Prize – Rs.2000 and Certificate

The award will be given by the Honourable Minister for Water Resources in a function at the VJT Hall Thiruvananthapuram on 31st August 2008.

Guidelines for conducting the
Programme

I. The painting competition may be conducted on or before 15.08.2008 and the best five entries have to be sent to our office on or before 20.08.2008.
II. The final selection will be from among all the entries from the State (5 from each district).
III. From these, 20-25 best ones will be short listed and invited to Thiruvananthapuram for another painting competition among them and the first three will be chosen for awards.
IV. Any colouring medium can be used and the paper size for painting is A3.
V. The award (Ist prize – Rs.5000/ + Certificate; IInd prize – Rs.3000/ + Certificate; IIIrd prize – Rs.2000/ + Certificate) for the winners will be given away by the Honourable Minister for Forests in a function at VJT Hall, Thiruvananthapuram on 31st August 2008 organised by the GREENS.
